Feel Connected to Your Inner Aliveness
So many of us are wandering through life trying to find our way home.
Home isn’t a physical place or a group of people, home is a deep truth that connects us with our aliveness, our inherent love, joy and unlimited freedom.
I dreamed Untamed Wisdom into being in 2019 as a place to deeply explore my own vision of awakening outside of the collaborative teaching that I offered for 10 years as the owner of Yoga on High in Columbus, Ohio.
Untamed Wisdom is a particular wild vibration of freedom AND connection. We focus on nature and elemental energy - Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether, as well as the senses that connect us with each. We are meant to be sensual beings, as such, each sense is a portal into our home ground of inherent wholeness and vibrant aliveness.
I created this site as a place to explore answers to: How do I free myself? Untame myself? Strip off the conditioning of our violent, patriarchal, colonial, racist, homophobic, independent to the point of isolation, lonely, creativity-starved society to find the core truth of who and what I am and how I’m meant to walk in connectivity with the world.
Together we can playfully focus on sharing energetic road maps, practices and tools of the untamed variety, to help us on our journey back Home.

A majority of my animal cards were done in collaboration with Dino Nemec for workshops that I taught between 2016 and 2020. For all of the cards, I supplied artist with animal (or goddess or tree), energetic feeling, symbolic items, sometimes poems and important colors. I am enormously grateful to these artists, each hugely talented and super aligned with the vibration of that which I was hoping to convey with the card. I was, and continue to be, humbled by their willingness to participate in these energetic adventures.
