Emotion Meditation
This is a meditation to practice feeling our emotions and being in relationship with where they come from, their needs, wants, textures and flavors. Being able to cultivate curiosity toward our in-the-moment experience of emotions can help us create space in our lives and overcome habitual tendencies. We can also invite emotions into meditations to get to know them better so that they have less of an ability to take us by complete surprise - which also can create space for us to move into alignment with right action.
