Creating Altars and Feeling into Ritual is Devotional Art

This is part of my dharma. Part of my devotion. I just have to make altars…whether they’re on tree trunks, rocks, my body, sidewalks, in studios…they manifest as needed. These are a few pix taken over the past couple of years of some of the altars I’ve brought through to this world. Some are very simple (a line of bluebells on a log in an enchanted forest in the UK, some are more ornate, skulls and crystals and hanging lights, but they all serve the same purpose - meditative connection with something greater…) Since no one is in the studio right now, I’m almost thinking I might do a HUGE altar/installation there…gotta dream on it!!
