Homework Practice 1
Enlivening sensation - setting a foundation for embodiment. In this practice we’re setting the stage for “feeling from the inside” by waking up body parts from the outside. This is best done in a seated position and with a sense of humor ready to roll :) Everything in this meditation is just an offering, feel free to take it or leave it. Let this be your practice.
This isn’t necessarily a “get relaxed” meditation, but a concentration honing adventure.
