4. Give it what it needs - ceremony, meditation, creativity
Everyone has a shadow side. It’s good to know it will show up MORE or LESS depending on capacity - what else do you have going on? If you are having a chill week or month, you’re on vacation and you have enough money, food, cuddles, etc., shadow’s going to be harder to provoke. If, on the other hand you have been working overtime, it’s getting dark earlier, it’s the middle of a pandemic and an highly contentious election is happening, your shadow might be living a bit closer to the surface! :)
