What does justice feel like in the body?
Yoga and meditation allow for somatic and energetic explorations of our experiences of justice. Thus, through these practices, survivors can develop tools to cultivate strength, empowerment and deep release.
Join Michele Vinbury for a conversation and experiential journey around healing from injustice. We will explore four common components found in our longings for justice and how they can also be noticed originating from within. During the presentation, participants will have an opportunity to offer somatic experiences of justice to their own bodies and to see firsthand yoga’s potential for providing restoration and relief.
