Refund Policy:

If it's more than 120 days from the first day of our retreat:

If you've made the full payment and it's more than 120 days from the first day of your retreat and you need to cancel, we can provide a full refund, minus a 15% administration and payment processing fee. This fee is to cover the cost of the time of our facilitators and team.

If it's 120 days or less from the first day of our retreat:

No refunds will be issued unless we can fill your spot. (Organizers will send one newsletter email to students letting them know that there is vacant spot to apply for. Applicants must be approved by both organizers. Approval is completely up to the discretion of the retreat organizers). If you've made the full payment and it's less than 120 days, we do not offer refunds unless we fill the spot you're vacating. If we can find another participant, we will provide you a full refund, minus a 15% administration and payment processing fee. Again, this is ONLY if we can fill the spot we had originally reserved for you.

If you'd like a more refundable trip, we recommend purchasing travel insurance.
