Small Group Shadow Workshop
Let’s explore shadow aspects of our nature together! When we bring these hidden pieces and parts of ourselves into the light, and FEEL them, we become more integrated and healing happens.
We will explore the definition of shadow, work with shadow through meditative inquiry, journeying and through a process called Feeding Your Demons.
4 week exploration of shadow aspects of our nature. Group and partner work will be part of this offering, so please only sign up if you’re willing to speak and share in community. :)
